Terms of sale
These terms govern sales made on this website between 360Crossmedia Sàrl (“the seller”) and any natural person acting for non-professional purposes (“the customer”).
1. Products and prices
The products offered are the book “La Moselle Éternelle” in its four editions and print-on-demand merchandise. Prices are in euros, including taxes, excluding delivery. VAT is charged at the rate of the country of delivery where the law requires it. The applicable price is the one shown when the order is placed.
2. Order and payment
Orders are placed on Shopify's secure checkout. An order is binding once these terms are accepted and payment is made, immediately, by the methods offered at checkout (card payment in particular). The seller never has access to card data. An email confirms the order. A promotional code can be used once per customer and cannot be combined.
3. Production and delivery
The book is shipped by the seller within 2 to 4 working days. Merchandise is made to order and shipped by our print partner Printful, usually within 2 to 7 working days, and may arrive separately from the book. We deliver to Luxembourg, France, Germany, Belgium and the other EU countries. Delivery costs are shown before payment; book delivery is free from €60 of books; merchandise delivery is charged at our partner's rate, shown at checkout. Transit times are outside the seller's control.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under Luxembourg consumer law, the customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to contact@360crossmedia.com. This also applies to print-on-demand items, which are not personalised. Products are returned at the customer's expense, in their original condition. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.
5. Guarantees
The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (two years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Any product that is defective, badly printed or damaged on delivery is replaced or refunded on notice with a photo within 30 days of receipt.

Data collected with an order is used to process and deliver it. See Privacy and cookies.
7. Disputes
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. The customer may contact the national consumer mediation service (mediateurconsommation.lu) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Luxembourg have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights the customer holds under the law of their country of residence.
